A Clear Path for Your Website's Transition

We fully support your decision to work with a new partner for your website's future. Our role is to provide a complete, well-organized hand-off of all your website assets to your chosen developer so they can rebuild your site on a modern, supported platform.

This page outlines the support services we provide during this transition and the simple steps you need to take to begin the migration.

Our Migration Support Services

To facilitate a smooth and complete transition, our team will provide the following professional services to you and your new developer:

• Data & Asset Package
  We will prepare an organized archive containing your site’s content files, images, documents, and backend database for transfer to your new developer.
  
  

• Direct Developer Coordination
  We will work directly with your new development team to answer their questions and help them understand the legacy system and data structure.
  
  

• Legacy System Documentation
  Where available, we will provide relevant notes and documentation about your website’s components to help your new developer plan their work.
  
  

• Transition Support
  Our team will be available for clarifications and limited troubleshooting during the hand-off process.
  
  

Timing Note: Preparing and organizing your full website data package typically takes 5–10 business days after we receive your Migration Request Form. Please factor this timeline into your project planning.

Your 3-Step Action Plan

We recommend starting as early as possible — waiting until early 2026 could mean longer turnaround times and less flexibility in scheduling.

1. Complete the Migration Request Form
   This short form is the official starting point for your transition. It authorizes us to begin packaging your data and confirms if you need to keep your old site online temporarily.

2. Select Your New Web Developer
   If you are still searching for a new partner, our Resource Center contains best practices, a sample Request for Proposal (RFP) template, and a glossary of key terms.

3. Introduce Us to Your New Partner
   Once you have selected your new developer, connect our teams via an email introduction. We will coordinate the technical hand-off directly.

Important Deadlines & Optional Hosting

Please review these key dates that govern the transition.

• October 1, 2025 — Billing Alignment Date
  Starting on this date, hosting for all remaining legacy sites will move to a flat $90/month transition rate; you can still submit the Migration Request Form after this date to formalize your migration.

• Optional Legacy Hosting — $90/month
  If your new website will not be ready by Oct 1, you can keep your current site active month-to-month at $90/month by selecting this option on the Migration Request Form.

• March 31, 2026 — Final Platform Shutdown
  All websites on the old platform will be permanently taken offline after this date.
